Terms of Use & Subscription Terms

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Meet ("we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the CodeWithoutAI application for macOS (the "App") and the website at codewithoutai.dev. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App.

2. Description of Service & Network Disclaimer

CodeWithoutAI is a software productivity utility designed to help users restrict access to artificial intelligence code generators, web services, and user-specified domains during focus sessions.

Network Blocking Disclaimer: The App uses Apple's native Content Filter APIs (NetworkExtension) to implement client-side network blocking. CodeWithoutAI does not guarantee 100% prevention of all network traffic, bypass mechanisms, or third-party service alterations. You remain responsible for managing your environment and software tools.

3. Free & Pro Tiers

• Free Plan: Provides access to up to 10 core AI service catalog items, up to 3 custom domain entries, and standard focus timers.
• CodeWithoutAI Pro: Optional auto-renewable subscription providing access to 50+ AI catalog services, unlimited custom domain blocking, advanced analytics, environmental impact metrics, and priority updates.

4. Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms

a. Billing & Payment

CodeWithoutAI Pro is billed on an auto-renewable subscription basis (Monthly or Annual). Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account at confirmation of purchase or after the expiration of a 7-day free trial period (if applicable).

b. Automatic Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off or canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the current subscription price.

c. Free Trial Eligibility

Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to that publication, where applicable. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple and limited to one trial per Apple ID account.

d. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following notice to you, in accordance with Apple App Store policies.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

How to Cancel: You may manage or cancel your auto-renewable subscription at any time by going to your macOS System Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or via the Mac App Store account settings.

Refunds: All payments, billing transactions, and refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple in accordance with Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. We cannot directly issue refunds for Mac App Store purchases.

6. License & Restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and run CodeWithoutAI for personal or internal professional use on compatible macOS devices owned or controlled by you.

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App;
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based upon the App;
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or redistribute the App to any third party.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CodeWithoutAI is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Meet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or productivity resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
